It has taken some getting used to since the dimensions merged two years ago. My thoughts aren’t exactly just mine anymore. We’ve become finely tuned radios where the frequencies can change rather quickly and unexpectedly.
I'm Sadie. This is an average day now in the life of the human race. We thought the internet had a hold on us, but then this happened, and it helped us to understand what truly being overstimulated meant.
We wear these devices on our heads, but we can only wear them for a short amount of time because of the materials they are made out of. They cause our electrical systems in our bodies to go haywire after two days. We have what is known as salt barriers, naturally occurring areas in the world with high concentrations of salt where the other dimension hasn’t merged onto; those are our new vacation spots. The peace away from our everyday stimulation.
I walk down the street to work as usual, but the thing is, I get what we once thought were intrusive thoughts in my head. We now know they were the influence from the para-dimension where we cross paths through the other side and hear their thoughts speak through us.
I’ll be at work having a conversation and suddenly that random thought that tells you to do bad things, yeah that’s them chiming in with their input on how they feel about it. The thoughts range in different emotions, sometimes they can get extreme and it stops you and makes you shake your head and walk out of the room, but this is our life now. Some of them will help you and some have influenced others to do a lot of harm. But also, now we have humans that actually take advantage of it by saying they were influenced, but then they will call that person out and make their life hell.
If you help them, they will protect you, and you will find that the thoughts aren’t as intense. So it really depends on the type of person you are and how you treat them. It’s like having your own inescapable karma by your side. This is what happens when you open doors you don’t quite understand. My grandmother warned me, and I warned them, but they didn’t listen.
